Dandan Ma

With more than 16 years’ extensive experience in property investment, Dr. Ma understands all facets of home buying and property acquisition.

Dr. Ma has extensive research, negotiation and analysis skills during her decade of investment experience across Australia, England and Scotland. She specialize in targeting below market value and high rental yield off-market properties across Australia.

Dr. Ma identifies suburbs and property types that are the most likely to achieve superior growth, by arming with local market knowledge and advanced financial and investment skills. This enables clients to get in hot spots earlier than other buyers and into off/pre market properties that can outperform the market.

Dr. Ma has developed advanced methods to source and secure unique property opportunities for her clients.

Education Background:

- Dr. Ma has a PhD in Electrical Machines from Newcastle University (5 Star research department in England) in 2009.

- She received her MSc Degree in Automation and Control from Newcastle University (Graduated with distinction) in 2004.

- She acquired her BEng Degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Shanghai Teacher’s University (Graduated with distinction) in 2002.
